Please note that TitanX will not be conducting scoring activities on November 27 & 28, 2025. We will resume scoring as usual on Monday, December 1, 2025.

Customers will still be able to access the TitanX platform to submit lists and access their data during this period, but scoring will only take place on business days.

The TitanX app (https://app.titanx.io) will be unavailable on Saturday, January 17 from 10-noon US ET for planned maintenance.

As part of this maintenance, all users with active sessions will be logged out of the system. Users will need to log back into the app (https://app.titanx.io) in order to continue using the platform after maintenance is completed.

Users of TitanX's CRM integrations and/or API will not be impacted by this maintenance.

Please note that TitanX will not be conducting scoring activities on US numbers on January 19, 2026. We will resume scoring US numbers as usual on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
